This is not whether 'this fund' is better than 'that fund', or 'this product provider' is better than 'that product provider'. It isn't whether you need a SIPP or not. We have found that most clients have experienced that approach from previous advisers and found it dull and extremely boring.

What do you need to do to ensure that you can always enjoy your desired lifestyle?

These are the important questions that need truthful answers - answers that we aim to provide.
We endeavor to provide clients with advice and solutions to ensure that they can always enjoy their desired lifestyle and that they never run out of money. This process is called 'Lifestyle Financial Planning' which involves three distinct services, each complementing the other for the overall long term benefit of the client. The three elements of this service are Life Planning, Financial Planning and finally (right at the end) Independent Financial Advice.
This service is offered via our WealthManager programmes or as a stand alone option.
We are unusually well qualified
All our advisers are qualified well in excess of statutory industry requirements; they all hold advanced qualifications relevant to our areas of advice. We may be wrong but there aren't many firms of advisers that make the same commitment to ongoing training and development.
Our full-time support staff also hold relevant financial qualifications so they know what they, we and you are talking about.
We thrive on complexity
We like dealing with complex areas of advice and derive great satisfaction from creating orderly calm for your finances.
We are straight talking
We like straight talking and we don't give free advice. We let you know up front how much our services are going to cost you.
We invest where it counts
We don't spend thousands of pounds on fancy brochures or sales literature. We do spend thousands of pounds on improving our processes, systems, technical knowledge, IT, and staff.
We expect you to shop around
We don't expect you to use our services on a whim. We expect you to shop around before you choose your adviser.
We know that chemistry is important
We always suggest an initial 'get to know each other' meeting (which is free and lasts around an hour) during which we will usually give you two or three specific ideas that can help make you money or save you tax.
We’ll tell you if we can’t help you
We will also let you know if we believe that we cannot help you. We will not allow you to waste your hard earned money.
We stand up to scrutiny
If you want to check us out, we are perfectly happy to stand up and be counted. If you want to talk to existing clients to see what they think of us, let us know and we will give you contact details for up to two referees. We will choose referees who are in a similar financial position to you so that their experience of our service is relevant.
