What We Do

We make sense of money

Sir Paul McCartney wrote “I don’t care too much for money, money can’t buy me love”. It can’t buy you happiness either, but it does buy other important things, like peace of mind, choices and freedom.

Having too much money comes with its own set of frustrations, such as paying vast amounts of tax.  Having too little can lead to real problems, like struggling to provide for a family after the loss of a breadwinner.

Alfred Hitchcock wrote “Actually, I have no regard for money. Aside from its purchasing power, it’s completely useless as far as I am concerned.”

However, as bartering is a bit outmoded as a method of trading, civilisation is pretty much stuck with using money to pay for goods and services. So, like it or hate it, money is useful.

What we do at the Financial Planning Partnership is to make sense of it. We organise our clients’ finances so they know how much money they have, where it is, how hard it’s working and what it’s doing for them, with only what’s necessary going to the tax man.

And that’s it! It’s not rocket science but nor is it child’s play.
