All our advisers are qualified well in excess of statutory industry requirements; they all hold advanced qualifications relevant to our areas of advice. Our full-time support staff also hold relevant financial qualifications so they know what they, we and you are talking about.
Highly trained
We regard the ongoing training and development of our staff as critical both to delivering excellent client service and for staff retention and loyalty.For example, our Practice Manager, Alison, joined as a part time filing clerk – she is now qualified to an advanced level. We may be wrong but there aren’t many firms of advisers that make the same commitment to training and development.
